All three of the albums were made with chipboard for the front, back and spine of the albums. The folio albums also make great gifts because they are so easy to put together and they really don’t take more then a half hour depending on how elaborate you want to get for the front of the album. The album fronts for these folio albums were both made using my Cricut.
Another album that I made using my Cricut was for my mom for Mother’s Day this year and of course I forgot to take a photo of it before I gave it to her. I used my Cinch to bind everything and the Elegant Edges cartridge to create the pages for this album. You can see the walkthrough for this album by clicking here.
Now the last mini album that I am going to share with you was one of my favorite albums from last year. It was my second year doing a Thankful album with Cathy Zielske and I used the We R Memory Keepers 4×4 mini album. I have to admit though that I loved the full 4×4 page protectors but I was not crazy about the 2×2 pockets. When I create a mini album like this again I don’t think I will use the 2×2 pages simply because it was a pain in the booty figuring out which photos I wanted to be that small and then cropping them on the phone and such.
You can see the walk through of this album by clicking here. I purchased Cathy Zielske’s stamp set for this album last year and I can’t wait to see what she puts together for this year.
