Stash it Monday has to be probably one of my favorite videos to make for the Crafty Maven Getaway because I really go hunting through my stash to create layouts. For today’s process video I dug out all kinds of old things like ribbon and stickers that have been in my stash forever. I have a decent amount of ribbon that I never use so I really wanted to incorporate some ribbon into this particular layout. I also have a great Amy Tangerine stitch guide that I love and don’t use often enough so I pulled that out as well.
I used the stunning Florence paper pack from Close To My Heart because it really seemed to match the mood board for the Crafty Maven Getaway. I think my favorite thing that I used on this layout was my brand new typewriter that my mother in law just purchased for me, let me tell you I never thought I would love this little typewriter as much as I do and it fits 12×12 paper in it as well! I had purchased these little resin flowers from Amazon a while ago as well and have not used any of them yet so I grabbed some of those as well. The last little bit was using an arrow from the Pink Paislee Cedar Lane collection that I have been hoarding. I have to say that I did a pretty good job using my stash to create this layout of my littles!
Have you used your stash lately?
