What is Faithbooking?

Have you ever wondered what Faithbooking is all about or how to incorporate it into crafting? If you have then I have just the classes for you. I couldn’t take Truth Scrap when it was available back in January but the classes are all on sale now for only $9.95 and its for a limited time because after April 24th the classes are going to go up in price to $14.95.

I have purchased two of these classes at the $9.95 price and I can’t wait to get a few moments to watch them. The first class I purchased was  #Artworship by Heather Greenwood, in this class Heather will share her art worship process as well as her note-taking, reflecting on the notes, and how to creatively respond with paint, stamps and pens. I am really looking forward to this class because I always take notes while I’m at church and I think creating an art journal and reflecting back on my church notes would be a better way for me to connect with God.

The other class that I grabbed for only $9.95 was Hope Notes by Stephanie Ackerman and in this class you will learn how to create notes of hope to encourage others and yourself.

You can see a complete list of all the classes that are available for only $9.95 by clicking HERE.

Digital Scrapbooking Day!

November is here how did this happen so fast. I truly can’t believe that October is over and that it is November 1st. With that being said it is also digital scrapbooking day. I don’t generally scrap digitally but when I do I use photoshop elements. This little software helps me get my layouts done. I struggled for sometime with photoshop but since I have taken courses from Melissa over at Digital Scrapbooking HQ I struggle no more. Seriously if you have ever thought about scrapping digitally with photoshop then you are going to want to take some of Melissa’s classes.

Today is the first day for you to grab Melissa’s brand new class over at Creative Passions. What is the class all about? It’s about teaching you how to scrap digitally and is perfect for beginners and even for people who taught themselves how to use photoshop. This is what the class is all about.

Digital-Scrapbooking-for-Absolute-Beginners-Salespage-graphicInside Digital Scrapbooking for Absolute Beginners:

  • Learn to navigate around the Photoshop Elements workspace – find the tools and commands you need, when you need

  • A gorgeous designer kit from Studio Flergs – access to the same product Melissa uses in videos makes it easier to work through the materials

I am really looking forward to this class. You can sign up for the class here and if you can’t make it don’t worry you can watch the replay for a limited time.

workshop

Can I just say I am super excited about this class that will be happening over at Big Picture Classes as well. I do a December Daily. I just started in 2012 but it is one of my favorite projects and every year I take a class of some kind to get me jump started or more inspired then I already am. This is what the class is all about.

12 Days of Christmas: December Duos: Document Your Holiday in a Delightfully Fun and New Way

Taught by Stacy Julian, Amy Tan, Elise Blaha Cripe, Aly Dosdall, Kelly Purkey, Tami Morrison, Elizabeth Dillow, May Flaum, Angie Gutshall, Rebecca Cooper, Jennifer Wilson, Tammy Tutterow

2-week guided workshop • Starts December 12, 2014

Capture Christmas as it happens! A dozen instructors are here to help you photograph this year’s holiday memories in real time—and display them in a delightfully simple album that will warm your heart for years to come.

The “December Duos” concept is easy, stress-free, and inspiring. Every day for the twelve days leading up to Christmas Day, two of our twelve instructors will share a scrapbook layout, video message, and a page prompt in the form of a duo (“warm & cold,” “give & receive,” “near & far”). That’s a total of two-dozen inspiring ideas!

You can follow the instructor’s lead or march in your own direction as you snap your photos for the day. Then, after printing our fabulously free journaling cards and title cards, you’ll either slip the cards and your photos into a Project Life mini album from American Crafts or use them on a traditional (or digital) scrapbook page.

You can grab this awesome class by clicking here.

Well their you have it this is what I will be looking forward to. Do you take any scrapbooking classes. Let us know in the comments so we can all find new classes to take.
